SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer UPS ground shipping to all our customers to ensure that all our customers get their package safely and securely. Our shipping and handling takes some time so please understand that you will receive your package between 5 to 16 days after the posted day of order. UPS ground is the only shipping method we offer. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. DeModa offers UPS ground shipping options for delivery within the United States and Puerto Rico. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer the following shipping options:  Ground USA (5 to 7 business days) - $12 Ground PUERTO RICO (5 to 7 business days) - $18 If you want to track your order shipment via UPS, you can do so in the following way: 1) Refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment. RETURNS:
We are certain that you will love our merchandise. We have strict quality control procedures and we take great care of all our designer pieces. However, we understand that if our merchandise is defective or is broken on arrival you may return it for a full refund. These are the only 2 reasons by which we accept returns. If you wish to make a return you must fill out our CONTACT US form and write the reasons why. We will also ask for photos of the item for evaluation. We do not accept returns on earrings, rings or body jewelry (including body rings, toe rings or anklets) for obvious health reasons. We only accept returns on bracelets and necklaces and only for the reasons explained before. The customer has 5 days (after receiving the merchandise) to contact us to about a return. All Returns must be done up to 5 days after after receiving the merchandise. We will not accept any returns if you contact us after 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
The merchandise has to be returned in its original packaging. The merchandise has to be returned in brand new condition. The merchandise must be returned exactly as it was originally received. The customer must assume the shipping costs of UPS ground (which is the only shipping method we offer and accept), when shipping the merchandise back to us.
The customer must contact us through our contact page and write a detailed account or reasons for requesting a return. The customer must wait for our response recognizing the return as valid. If we accept your return we will provide you with the address to which you must send the broken or defective merchandise. We will only accept returns by UPS ground and the customer must pay the cost. Once you get a tracking number from UPS you must send it to us so we can make sure that we can track it. Once we receive the merchandise back we will give the customer a complete refund of your initial purchase by Paypal merchant services, (which may take up to 3-4 days to process).
